HIGHLIGHT FILM
Your highlight film showcases your entire wedding day in a 5-15 (depending on the collection you choose) minute video. Jam packed with beautiful moments, happy tears, emotions and carefully selected music that fits your wedding vibe.
DOCUMENTARY EDIT
You will be able to watch the highlights of your wedding in chronological order in an up to 45min film, including your full ceremony, intros, special dances and speeches

1. What does “documentary style” wedding photography and videography mean?
Documentary style means I focus on capturing real moments as they naturally unfold. No forced poses or stiff smiles. My goal is to tell the authentic story of your day with minimal interference so your photos and film feel natural, emotional, and true to you.

2. Do you still take family or posed portraits?
Yes, absolutely, if you want to! While my main approach is candid, there is a time for the classic family and couple portraits. I’ll help organize those efficiently so you can get back to enjoying your day. My goal is, to keep the posing time for you to a minimum, but at the end of the day, it depends on what your priorities are, and totally your call!

3. Will you direct us at all during the wedding?
Very minimally. During moments like getting ready or the reception, I stay in the background and let things unfold naturally. For portraits or couple time, I’ll guide you just enough to help you feel comfortable without over-posing. I'd say on average, the wedding day consist of 80% documentary style, and 20% posing. So, couples desire less posed photos than others.

4. How many photographers or videographers will be there?
It’s usually me and a second photographer or videographer. Especially with a documentary approach, I want to make sure we have enough eyes on all the moments, and two is better than one. If you’re planning a very small wedding or elopement, please reach out and I’ll custom design a smaller package just for you.

6. How long does it take to receive our photos and video?
For photography, I deliver full galleries within 8 weeks. For videography, you’ll receive your full ceremony video and a short highlight film within 12 weeks. I always aim for earlier when possible.

7. Can we choose the music for our wedding film?
I’m happy to work with you on the vibe and feel of the music. I use licensed music to ensure everything is cleared for use but your input is always welcome.

8. Do you offer engagement sessions or pre-wedding shoots?
Yes. Engagement sessions are a great way for us to connect and for you to get comfortable in front of the camera. I keep these relaxed and natural just like my wedding coverage.

9. What’s required to book you?
To secure your date I require a signed contract and a retainer. From there I’ll stay in touch and help you plan any details leading up to your wedding.

10. Will you travel for our wedding?
Yes. I love to travel. Whether your wedding is in your hometown, the mountains, or by the sea, I’m always up for the adventure. Travel fees may apply depending on the location.

11. Can we meet before booking?
Absolutely. I’d love to hop on a video call or meet in person if you're local. It’s important that you feel comfortable and connected with whoever is documenting your day.

12. Do you offer photo and video packages together?
Yes. If you book photography with me, you can add a videography package, which is a discounted collection with one videographer.
